COServer Benefits
ASE’s Content Output Server is designed to solve output issues for ECM users that need the ability to:
- Create automated, server-side print jobs composed of multiple documents stored within ECM repository.
- Print output must be automatically collated to ensure related documents (financial, medical, reports, filings etc.) are viewed and/or delivered to the intended recipient.
- Output multiple documents stored in P8 from a user interface that is easier to use and more functional than the built-in interface that only allows output of a single document at a time.
- Search for and select multiple documents, combine disparate content types, and select output or delivery channels.
Automate output triggered by external events such as mainframe print, ftp, email, or other network activities.
Built as a J2EE web application, COServer was designed for production and departmental printing demands in mind. Cover pages, job ticketing and job tracking are all part of the COServer solution.
Server side processing provides users with an enterprise solution for output needs. Fax, email or print documents without using or installing originating application.
